Please double check your order, as all sales are final. Please double check your shipping address so that we may get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
SHIPPING FEES
Orders over $100 are eligible for FREE Standard Shipping with code FREESHIP!
Otherwise, shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination.
Signature requirement is only offered upon request, and will incur an $8 fee from the carrier.
Due to certain restrictions, such as weight, some items may be available for local in store pickup only.

At this time we are only shipping within the continental US.

In our local Jax area, we are pleased to offer FREE local pickup in store. Simple select the option at checkout. Or you can still select shipping if that is your preference.
TRANSIT TIME
All order ship Monday - Friday. Orders ship out within 1-3 business days from receipt of cleared payment.
We are not responsible for shipping carriers time delays or loss. Refunds will not be given due to the negligence of carriers. Once an item leaves the store with the carrier, it is out of our control. Please refer to to carrier tracking info.
RETURNS
One way we accomplish offering great prices is by selling all of items as "final sale." We are unable to accept returns.
Although we always do our best to catch imperfections prior to selling the items to you, if you do receive an item that is not as described, please let us know within 2 days of its receipt.
Please note: any orders which are rejected or refused for any reason (including address errors) will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, and the item may not be available for sale again.
